Vegetarian puff pastry sausage rolls - Quick & Easy!
Try this really easy Vegetarian sausage rolls are made with only 4 ingredients. They make a wonderful appetizer for Christmas or any other holidays too.

320 g
Puff pastry sheet
8
Lincolnshire sausages
or any other Sausages
1
egg
beaten or 3 tbsp milk
2 tsp
Sesame seeds
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220C/430F or 200C/390F for fan assisted ovens.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet, leaving the backing sheet on. Then using a sharp knife, cut the puff pastry horizontally across.
Line the sausages on one end of the pastry rectangle. Roll until they have completely wrapped over. Press the pastry ends to seal.
Slice the sausage rolls into the bite-sized mini sausage rolls.
Brush the rolls with egg or milk, whichever you are using.
Sprinkle any sesame seeds, if you are using them.
Repeat the process with the other rectangle.
Bake in the preheated oven for up to 20 minutes or until golden.
