2 cups coriander, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 jalapeno, ½ tsp salt, Juice of 1 lime, ½ avocado
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning and consistency as desired.

Variations & Substitutions
