Ingredients
450gpotatoespeeled and cut into 2 cm cubes
2tbsp oil
½tspblack pepper
salt to taste
3clovesgarlicminced
2sprigs rosemarychopped
2springsthymechopped
Instructions
In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for 3 minutes.
Arrange the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 14-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
