Slice the potatoes into halves or bite-sized pieces.

Soak the potatoes in cold water for at least 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

In a bowl, mix the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and rice flour.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (380°F) for 3 minutes.
Arrange the spiced potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Once the potatoes are crispy and golden, transfer them to a serving dish.
Drizzle with lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander, and enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Follow steps 1-3 from the air fryer instructions.
Place the spiced potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer and vake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with lime juice, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve hot.
