This Strawberry Lassi recipe is quick, easy, creamy and so delicious. Made with Strawberries and Yogurt ( dairy or dairy free), it is a tasty healthy breakfast smoothie too.
Add all the the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until creamy.
Pour the Strawberry lassi to milk bottles / cups and enjoy!

VariationsFor added flavors, add 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom or a splash of rose water.Additional NotesIf you are using Greek Yogurt, instead of regular yogurt, you will need to add 1 1/4 cup of milk while blending together.If you are using frozen strawberries, additional ice cubes will not be needed for blending.For Vegan Strawberry Lassi, use Vegan Yogurt and Vegan milk in the recipe.
