It will be really unfair if I did not post this recipe soon. To be true, I had actually forgotten them in drafts.  When the mango season was in full swing  between ( April – July), we had a Mango blast home. Remember the Mango Sorbet?? I also made some Mango Sorbet float, Mango Lassi, Mango Cake and also Mango Popsicles.  Somewhere between, I had totally forgotten to put this up. It’s definitely unfair!! But nevertheless , at least I remembered now 🙂  Cheer up folks and enjoy this pure Mango Delight.

I know the mango season is over in most parts of the world but we were lucky to get boxes of Pakistani variety of mangoes still available in September too. Kids freaked out all through the season finding their heart for the favourite fruit and I am soo glad.

Even now the mere mention of Mango gives me some raised eyelids at home:) How cute isn’t it!!
