Heyy Hello !! Welcome to the second month of the new year 2018 with a Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Recipe.

Sometime last year, I  have worked on a series of Overnight Oats recipes { Oh they are really popular}  and now Peanut Butter Overnight Oats !  I have a collection of 50 Best overnight oats recipes on my blog.. It is definitely worth checking out and you are sorted for near 2 months.  Oh boy!! Did I tell I have Pinterest board dedicated just to Overnight Oats and its one the popular boards in my account. So, What is Overnight Oats? 

In simple terms, Oats is left to soak in milk/yogurt overnight and hence they are called “Overnight Oats”.

Until early last year, the thought of Overnight oats will put me away. . Boy, how can I eat Cold Oats? Well how is it going to taste? Well, the moment I parked my inhibitions to the side and mixed my favourite flavours along with Oats in a pretty mason jar, I was in for a treat. Why just me? My better half too. He used to take it work for a few months..

Mango Coconut Overnight Oats was the one that did the magic!! Just incase you are making overnight oats for the first time, this is the thing I would recommend to try!

I love Drinking Chocolate
I love Oats
I love Milk
Put them all together and we have a breakfast loaded with awesomeness in less than 5 minutes. That’s the best part of an overnight oats recipe which usually requires little or no extra preparation..

Just one thing. Remember to serve them in a pretty mason jar always – be it to work or at home. It really entices anyone to grab one of these delightful breakfast.

PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS

Deliciously Easy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats that requires 5 simple ingredients and 5 minutes ! { VEGAN | GF }

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk | Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tsp Drinking Chocolate Powder optional
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 Peanut Butter Cups halved

Instructions

  • Mix Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup in a bowl and heat them in microwave for 10 seconds until just melted. Reserve 2 Tsp for topping.
  • Combine Oats, Chocolate Powder, Milk and Peanut Butter Mix and stir well. Divide them between 2 mason jars. Top it with Peanut butter mix and Peanut Butter Cups. Cover and refrigerate them overnight. 
  • Enjoy a delicious Peanut Butter Overnight Oats on the go.
