I have recently unboxed Eufy Robovac 11 today and we welcome the new member into our Tech family. CLEAN YOUR HOUSE WITH A CLICK OF BUTTON is exactly what Robovac 11 does! Stay tuned as we have a giveaway worth £209 running right at the end of this post.
Just before the Summer holidays came to an end, we were sent this exciting Robovac 11 for review. As I am still recovering from a Scaphoid Fracture, this robotic vacuum cleaner has actually arrived as a timely present. 100% Handsfree cleaning!
Can we ask for any more?
UNBOXING ROBO VAC 11
Our first impression was wow wow.
Unboxing this nifty gadget was actually a pleasure. It is pretty simple and didn’t not require a lot of assembling.
The package came with RoboVac 11, remote control with batteries separately packed, charging base, Ac power Adapter, spare HEPA style-filter,spare Foam filter, cleaning tool, 4 side brushes and a manual to get you going.
Since we had seen a few tutorials online, we were pretty assured it is going to be simple to put things together.
STEPS TO FOLLOW BEFORE USING ROBOVAC 11
The first step is to actually remove the protective film covering the Robovac and the Charging Base. On a usual case, I like to leave the film on for a few days, as the gadgets look new. But as it was explicitly mentioned in the manual, we stripped the films.
Flip the RoboVac upside down and fix 2 side brushes. Install the AAA batteries into the remote control to get you going and set the time, which can also be done at a later point.
Instructions actually tell you to place the charging base against a wall { but we didn’t } and still the smart vac was a star!!
Connect the round connector end of the adapter into the charging base and other end to the Plugpoint. Switch on the RoboVac and you are good to go! Yes, the Robovac comes with a pre-installed rechargeable battery!
TESTING ROBOVAC 11
Just like many, this Robovac 11 is really simple to get started. Remember to turn the main power supply on the Robovac and Start Cleaning with the touch of a button.
Robovac 11 starts Auto Cleaning automatically whenever you turn it on.
There are Six Cleaning modes to put to use
Auto Cleaning – Press the Power button on Robovac or Auto button on the remote to start cleaning. Its actually pretty fun to see a gadget do the cleaning by itself. It goes around the room, calculating the size and then starts optimising the path. This is really cool!!
Spot Cleaning – I crushed half a biscuit and placed it on the floor for the purpose of testing. Pressed the Spot Cleaning option on the remote and Robovac cleans the specific area in a spiral pattern intensively. It did just the job, it was required to do!
Edge Cleaning – I would call it one of my favourite modes. No matter how much we sparkle the floors, there is always some debris in the edges. My kitchen corners look super clean, thankful to the Edge Cleaning mode! RoboVac goes slow when it detects a wall and then begins to clean the edges thoroughly.
Single Room Cleaning – I haven’t tested this option as such, but I have no doubt about how effectively its going to do it!
Max Room Cleaning – is designed for cleaning carpets. As we have wooden floor all over the house, we did not explore this button on the remote.
Manual Cleaning – This option is quite handy when you want to direct the RoboVac to clean a particular area, using the directional buttons.
We also programmed Eufy Robo Vac to clean the house when we were not at home. It cleaned the ground floor quite effectively, picking up all the obvious dirt & pet hair and we were back home to a dirt-free house. I am going to call Robo Vac 11 the Best Robot Vacuum that I have used so far !
WHY SHOULD YOU BUY ROBOVAC 11?
Eufy Robovac 11 is an amazing High Suction, Self-Docking, Self-Charging cylinder Robotic Cleaner with Drop-Sensing Technology that cleans with the push of a button. It uses 3 Point cleaning system with 2 Side Brushes, a Rolling Brush and a super powerful suction. It is designed to maintain your floor with versatile cleaning modes and scheduled cleaning! It is retail priced at £209 at Eufy Life and you cannot go wrong with regular dirt checks!
The only con, I could actually mention is that, it doesn’t clean the staircase because of the Drop Sensing Technology.
But otherwise, it is a good Robotic cleaner to use in between the Manual cleans!
