Its actually quite amazing these days to wake up these ever yummilicious Mango Overnight Oats. This New Year has been treating us to some flavoursome Overnight Oats at least 3 times a week. And it is working for sure.
We are not worried thinking what to grab in the morning. At least “Him” as he is aways in a rush to leave for work. Life has become a lot easier, as he just tucks these gorgeous Oats filled Jars into his bag and enjoys them at work. So there is really no pressure of skipping breakfast in the morning.
Isn’t that convenient!!!
WHAT IS OVERNIGHT OATS?
Just incase, you are new to Overnight Oats Recipe ( Well am a little grown up than an amateur) then let me introduce you to the most amazing meal. This easy Overnight Oats is a healthy breakfast that can be prepped ahead at night. You can customise with lots of adds in like fruits, granola, nuts, seeds, syrups.
All that you need is 5 minutes for the procedure. Overnight Oats are rolled old fashioned oats soaking in a liquid mixture . Stir in a sweetener of your choice and its simple as it sounds. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or until the oats have absorbed all of the liquid.
You can also make Overnight Oats Vegan. All you need to use is Vegan liquid in the recipe. This can be Coconut Milk, Oats milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk.
Do all the preparation work the night before and get up in the morning to some amazing breakfast. Absolutely No Cooking Needed!
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO COCONUT OATS
Liquid Mixture – Either a combination of milk and yogurt or just milk.
HOW TO MAKE OVERNIGHT MANGO COCONUT OATS?
To a large pot, combine oats, milk, yogurt, coconut and sweetener and stir. Cover them and place them in the refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, simply assemble the jars by placing Mango Puree at the bottom, top it with oats mixture, then with cubes of mango and coconut.
For added crunch, add almond flakes or granola too.
You can customise the toppings and include like raspberries, banana, kiwi, cherries, dried goji berries, coconut yogurt.
To make this recipe Vegan Mango Coconut Overnight Oats – swap the milk & yogurt for Coconut Milk. Use Maple Syrup as a sweetener.
I do like to add chia seeds sometimes to this overnight mango oats recipe. Simply add them to the oat mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
I known the thought of Cold Oatmeal might be a bit awkward for many of you, but Guys it works. Have a spoonful from the Mason Jar and if it really puts you off, heat them for a few seconds in microwave and Enjoy!

I like to use Mason Jars for my easy overnight oats recipes. Specially because these jars make the breakfast looks so attractive. My husband has received so many compliments and interests for these breakfast jars! So many of you have also asked me what is my favourite one?
I like to use Weck Tulip Jars, Ball Jars 240ml or Kilner Jars too. All of these jars work really well for Overnight Oats recipes.

MANGO COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
This incredibly easy 5 minutes Mango Coconut Overnight Oats is your perfect To-Go Breakfast.
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Milk | Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Mango Puree
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Mangoes
- 2 Tsp Fresh Grated Coconut / Desiccated Coconut
Combine Oats, Yogurt, Milk , 1 Tsp of coconut and Maple Syrup in a Jar. Give it a good mix. Cover and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. If you notice the oats has gone
To Serve, layer the base of 2 mason jars with 1 Tbsp of Mango Puree .
Portion the Overnight Oats between the jars , top it with chopped mango pieces and a fat pinch of grated coconut. Enjoy your Mango Coconut Overnight Oats !!
