OVERNIGHT OATS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU EAT OVERNIGHT OATS WARM OR COLD

I know the thought of Cold Oatmeal might be a bit awkward for many of you, but Guys it really works. I prefer to eat overnight oats cold, straight out of the fridge. Its really convenient to Grab & Go.

However You can eat them warm too. Heat the oats in the microwave for 30 -60 seconds, stirring in between. You can also warm the oats in a sauce pan on the stove.

How long do overnight oats take to soak?

Oatmeal take just about 2 hours to soak up the liquid and thicken. However I would say, allow at-least 4 hours minimum for maximum flavors.

CAN YOU MAKE VEGAN or DAIRY FREE OVERNIGHT OATMEAL?

You can also make Overnight Oats Vegan. All you need to use is Vegan liquid in the recipe. This can be Coconut Milk, Oats milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk.

HOW TO MAKE Gluten Free Overnight Oats Recipe?

Use certified gluten free oats for gluten free option.

HOW TO MAKE SUGAR FREE OVERNIGHT OATS?

I like to add maple syrup or honey to my oatmeal in small proportion. Adding any sweetener in moderation is great. For a sugar free option, use STEVIA or LIQUID MONK FRUIT SWEETENER.

JARS FOR OVERNIGHT OATS

I like to use Mason Jars for my easy overnight oats recipes. Specially because these jars make the breakfast looks so attractive. My husband has received so many compliments and interests for these breakfast jars! So many of you have also asked me what is my favourite one?

I like to use Weck Tulip Jars, Ball Jars 240ml or Kilner Jars too. All of these jars work really well for Overnight Oats recipes.

I had to come over and get a vibrant kick with your breakfast pots after seeing them on FB. Overnight oats are such an easy way to prep breakfast and I do this often in the winter time – then the next morning give it a bit of heat in the microwave and top it with my fave toppings. Loving the sunny yellow here!
