This easy Fresh Homemade Strawberry ice cream is a treat you'll love. Creamy, luscious, and bursting with real strawberry flavour. It's the perfect summertime dessert!

Ingredients

  • 400 g Strawberries hulled and pureed smooth
  • 600 ml Whipped Cream
  • 397 g Condensed Milk { 1 Can }

Instructions

  • To a bowl of the stand mixer, add cream and condensed milk. Whip them together until a stiff peak is achieved.
  • Stir in strawberry puree gently and fold in with silicone spatula.
  • Transfer them to a cake loaf tin. Smoothen the top with the back of the spoon. Cover with cling film and freeze.
  • For soft scoops, pull them out in 2-2.5 hours and serve them right away.. For perfect rolled scoops, freeze them for 6 hours+.
  • Serve the homemade 3 Ingredients ice cream in cones or in cups - whatever fancies you..

Notes

Remove the tub from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving, to be able to make perfect easy scoops.
