This 3 Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream does not require any fancy schmancy ingredients or gadgets too .. Just 3 Ingredients that are easily available in any grocery store.
Just 3 ingredients – Strawberries, Heavy Cream, Condensed Milk.
And you could just use a Hand blender or Whisk attached to a stand mixer.
The weather has been really hot over the last few days!! And like a typical English, I am complaining about the very hot weather.. 27 C + in UK seems so hot and I find all my energy drained… Growing up in India where the weather has been anywhere between 24-42 C in different parts of the country, we still managed. Still never felt so drained or exhausted.
Anyways, such hot weather always has been calling for cold treats. And I had to treat my family to this 3 Ingredient Strawberry Ice cream. Did I tell you, a few week’s back when the temperature was soaring high, our local Tesco’s sold out of icecreams and we had ran out at home too..
So this 3 Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream is a great excuse for the weather and to make them over and over again.
Making this 3 Ingredients Strawberry Ice cream is a breezer.. This is not a VEGAN recipe and has lots of Dairy + Sugar. If you are on a Dairyfree diet, please skim through the pictures and leave the recipe:) But But.. If you are dairy lover.. This ice cream is just for you! Having said that, I will figure out a version with a dairy free choice too…

Beat the Heat with this easy 3 Ingredients { No Churn }Strawberry Ice cream recipe.
- 400 g Strawberries hulled and pureed smooth
- 600 ml Whipped Cream
- 397 g Condensed Milk { 1 Can }

To a bowl of the stand mixer, add cream and condensed milk. Whip them together until a stiff peak is achieved.

Stir in strawberry puree gently and fold in with silicone spatula.

Transfer them to a cake loaf tin. Smoothen the top with the back of the spoon. Cover with cling film and freeze.

For soft scoops, pull them out in 2-2.5 hours and serve them right away.. For perfect rolled scoops, freeze them for 6 hours+.

Serve the homemade 3 Ingredients ice cream in cones or in cups - whatever fancies you..
Pull it out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving to be able to make perfect easy scoops.

Heavy Whipping Cream should do the job.
What should be the proportion of milk and cream to puree?
