Eggless Chocolate Pancakes

ABOUT THIS RECIPE

These Egg-Free Pancakes are REAL DEAL! They are so good that you will never even know that this recipe for chocolate pancakes has no eggs and no butter too. My parents do not eat eggs, so cooking eggless dishes was just the thing when I grew up!

I stirred up these Easy Eggless Chocolate Pancakes in no time on School morning and these pancakes received 100% approval from my kids. Well, that's all that matters to me!

Also did I tell you, you could Veganise this recipe to make Vegan Chocolate Pancakes. Swap for Non Dairy milk and you have the most delicious fluffy pancakes.

Did you know National Pancake Day in the UK always falls 47 days before Easter?  Its also known as Shrove Tuesday immediately preceding Ash Wednesday!

You just need few simple ingredients to make the perfect chocolate pancakes without eggs and butter, all of which are easily stocked in the pantry.

If you fancy, stir in some chia seeds and flax seeds too to make it healthy. You really cannot make out any change in flavor with these super food addition.

Our Eggless Butterless Chocolate Pancakes are so good, you will not believe it until you actually try it for yourself.

THIS EGG FREE CHOCOLATE PANCAKE RECIPE is

Super Quick & Easy to make

Eggless, Butter-less and can be made Vegan too

Kids friendly - perfect for weekend breakfast or dessert

Healthy too! Sneak in some Chia seeds and flax seeds. If you fancy, use Whole wheat flour.

HOW TO MAKE EGG FREE PANCAKES?

To make the chocolate pancakes batter, add the dry ingredients to a bowl. Gradually add the wet ingredients and whisk them together.

QUICK TIP - To speed up the process Add all the ingredients to the blender and whizz until it comes together. BLENDER PANCAKE BATTER is ready in a jiffy. No whisk needed!

Pour 2 small ladle of the batter onto the pan, allowing it to spread on its own. When the bubbles begin to appear, flip the pancake and cook for another 1 minute or so. The pancakes would rise about ½ inch. Fry until they turn slightly golden. Repeat until all the batter is used up.

HOW TO FREEZE PANCAKES?

On days when we have leftover pancakes, I prefer to allow the pancakes to cool down completely. Wrap them in wax paper/baking paper and then place them in freezer-safe bags. Freeze it until you are ready to enjoy pancakes instantly.

To Reheat Frozen Pancakes, remove the pancakes from the freezer and allow them to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. Alternatively, Defrost them in the microwave if you are in a rush.

Now microwave the pancakes for 30-45 seconds until it's hot. Serve with your favorite toppings. We love Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Berries.

These truly look delightful! Hope you have a great time with your parents visiting! Why is it that your mom discouraged cooking with eggs?
