Make this easy Watermelon Frose recipe with just five ingredients—rosé wine, watermelon, sugar, lime, and ice cubes. With a little prep ahead, you can blend up this perfect frozen rosé in minutes. A refreshing summer cocktail ready in just 10 minutes!

I first tried Frosé in the summer of 2016, thanks to Bon Appétit, and I’ve loved it ever since. This Watermelon Frosé is a wine-based frozen cocktail that’s so refreshing, easy to make, and perfect for warm weather.
Just blend frozen watermelon and frozen rosé, and you’ve got a delicious slushie-style drink! It reminds me of my childhood in Bombay when street vendors sold golas—colorful ice slushes on a stick. While it’s not a traditional cocktail, it’s just as fun and flavorful like Strawberry Moscow Mule. So good! I would also use homemade pineapple juice or fresh strawberry juice to make an easy frose recipe.
