MANGO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

We turn to these cold healthy breakfast smoothies on hot days – Tropical Smoothie, Mango Lassi, Blueberry Coconut Smoothie, Mango Matcha Smoothie.

We can never have too many smoothie recipes, isn’t it? Especially when smoothies are so easy to blend together, keeping in mind color, texture, and nutrition.

Who wouldn’t love a Purple Smoothie for breakfast or a snack option that’s loaded with nutrients!

My son loves cold smoothies as a breakfast drink during his term break. This Blueberry Smoothie and Tropical Smoothie are his favourites and he does not prefer garnishes. It has to be a simple serve!

HOW TO MAKE A THICK BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

To make a Thick Vegan Smoothie drink, the key ingredient to use is Frozen fruit like frozen banana. However, I am not a huge fan of bananas in smoothies, so I love to add Oatmeal to the blend.

Oats lend a delicious creamy texture to the smoothie, so you may have to add some ice or yogurt to thin it down.

You can sweeten the smoothie with a serving of honey or maple syrup or any of your favorite sweetener. If you are not a fan of sweet smoothies, feel free to leave out the sweetener.

VEGAN BLUEBERRY MANGO SMOOTHIE

Our Blueberry Smoothie with Mango is vegan. Use any of your favorite plant-based yogurts like coconut yogurt or Soy yoghurt. They work really well too!

The blueberries have literally sunk up the mangoes when it comes to color, but I bet this must have tasted amazing!
