When H returns from work, we enjoy our cup of tea together chit chatting away for the next 30 minutes catching up on the day. Probably that is the only time of the day when we are not running, with a gadget or with kiddos. But that evening, as he was back home as always, undid his shoes laces, I offered him the tiniest of the glass of the Smoothie , still when he was standing on the doorstep and was not sure what to expect. He sipped once and gulped it in a go. He picked the large glass of Matcha Mango Oatmeal Smoothie with the straw and it was gone too… Instant reaction – Delicious !!!
This Vegan Matcha Mango Oatmeal Smoothie has got wonderful tropical and energising flavors.
- 1 Cup Mango diced
- 3 Tsp Oats
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 11/2 Tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 Cup Milk For Vegan Choices - Use Almond Milk / Soy Milk / Cashew Milk
- 2 Tsp Honey
- Ice As needed
Add all the ingredients in the Optimum blender and blitz until smooth. Serve Matcha Mango Oatmeal Smoothie with more ice or as it is.
I have tried with regular semi-skimmed milk too and they are delicious.
