How to Make Air Fryer Frozen Spring Rolls

Step 1: To make air fryer frozen spring rolls, place the frozen vegetable spring rolls in the air fryer basket. Brush the spring rolls with a little oil.

Step 2: Air fry the spring rolls for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Start at 8 minutes and work upwards.

Tip: Preheat your air fryer to 170°C for 2-3 minutes (optional, but recommended for uniform crispiness).

How to Convert Recipes from Oven to Air Fryer for Spring Rolls?

To convert recipes from oven to air fryer, you need to follow two simple steps:

  1. Lower the cooking temperature by about 20-25°C (or 36-45°F) compared to the oven temperature suggested in the recipe.
  2. Shorten the cooking time by about 20-25%.

For example,When a recipe calls for baking frozen spring rolls in the oven at 190°C for 14 minutes, you can air fry them at 170°C for 8-10 minutes. This is because the air fryer cooks faster than ovens.

I love serving spring rolls with a variety of dipping sauces such as sweet chilli pineapple sauce, peanut sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce or plum sauce.
