Yeah, just 5 minutes in total! And I am not exaggerating. I made Mango Mustard Dipping Sauce with fresh mangoes. Living in UK, we are quite lucky to actually have a supply of Mangoes all through the year.

Mango Flesh or Mango Puree
Mustard Sauce
Mayonnaise . We could even use VEGAN Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
A Hint of Chilli Flakes will be great. But that is totally up-to personal liking.
Just dump the ingredients in the blender, a quick whizz and this tropical dipping sauce come out beautiful. Really Simple isn’t it!

HOW ABOUT BAKED TORTILLA CHIPS?
Baked Tortilla Chips is super dooper easy too. Yeah, just brush the tortilla wrap with oil and cut them into triangles.
Bake the wrap in preheated oven and voila we have our homemade Baked Tortilla Chips ready.

Ingredients for Mango Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1 Large Mango - approximately 1 1/2 Cup
- 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise or Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Chilli Flakes - Optional
Ingredients for Baked Tortilla Chips
- 2 Wheat or Corn Tortilla
- 1 Tsp Oil for brushing or as needed

Instructions for Mango Mustard Dipping Sauce
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and whizz. Season with salt & pepper as desired. Add Chilli flakes if you like it spicy. Serve with Baked Tortilla Chips.
Instructions for Baked Tortilla Chips
- 2 Wheat Tortilla's brushed with Oil and cut into triangles.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 8-9 minutes at 190C, turning once in between.
HOW TO MAKE MANGO MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE STEP BY STEP
Gather the ingredients – Mango flesh, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, lemon juice , salt & pepper.
Place them in the blender and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Blend the ingredients smooth. Check for seasoning in the dipping sauce and add more as needed.
Serve tropical mango mustard sauce with baked tortilla chips.
